Kindness by Remote — Corporate Wellbeing

We don't pull your staff
away from work to help
them heal.
We turn the work itself
into the retreat.

"You put kindness in. You get greatness out."

— and the government helps pay for it.

I am the evidence.

I'm Chris Taylor. I'm a medical cannabis patient. I have been for years.

In the time I've been properly medicated — legally, with a prescription, with medical-grade equipment — I've built a B2B technology ecosystem. A corporate speaking business. A pitch stack that connects mental health, AI automation, and workplace wellbeing into one coherent offer. Twenty-two web applications. A book in progress. A network of businesses across Europe and the UK.

I have never been more productive. I have never been more creative. I have never been more present.

That is the pilot study. I'm not asking you to believe a government report or a clinical trial you'll never read. I'm asking you to look at what's possible when someone medicates properly, with dignity, and gets on with the work.

"I've never had so much cannabis in my life. Look what we built."

We could just turn up
and vape at our desks.

Legally? If you hold a valid medical cannabis prescription in the UK, there is nothing — nothing — your employer can do to stop you medicating at work. It is a legal medication. The Equality Act says so. You can sit at your desk and vape and nobody has a leg to stand on.

We're not doing it that way.

Not because we can't. Because we understand something more important than being right: the propaganda is still working. Decades of it. Reefer madness. The lazy stoner. The deadbeat in the beanbag. People have absorbed it so deeply that even some of us have absorbed it about ourselves.

The moment we walk in demanding our rights, we confirm every lazy assumption they've already made. We become the story they expected. And the people behind us — the ones who need this — lose their chance because we were too busy being correct.

"We want to show you the view from our window. You'll see what we see. You'll come to it yourself. That's the only way it sticks."

So instead we build the room. We run the training. We make people laugh. We let the non-medicated staff watch their medicated colleagues for a few weeks — calm, focused, productive, better to be around — and we let them arrive at the conclusion without being pushed.

Because the conclusion they arrive at themselves is the one they keep.

We are not lazy stoners. We are people who got ourselves well, got on with the work, and built something worth looking at. We just need you to look.

Every other solution is
bolted on.

You buy the meditation app. Drop-off is two weeks. You do the weekend retreat. Monday's inbox kills it by Tuesday. The stress returns because the workload design that causes it never changed.

Burnout isn't a breathing-exercise problem. It's a workload-design problem.

What everyone else sells you

"If we don't start working with AI, we're going to end up working for it."
Chris P Taylor — Doc Strange

Every consultant looks through
the same corporate lens.

I don't.

I've run online retail — so I understand the silent pressure of margins, isolated teams, and the paralysis of the listing pile of doom. I've practised stage hypnosis — so I know exactly how the human mind constructs belief, programs itself to accept stress, and how to rewrite those scripts without making anyone feel weak. I've worked as a children's entertainer — which means I know how to disarm rigid adult armour, command a room, and bring genuine joy back to people who've forgotten what it feels like.

You're going to let me look around your business with different eyes. Eyes that have never been in your business before. We'll find the menial work that's draining your team's spirit, hand it to AI, and give your people back the cognitive space to be brilliant at the things only humans can do.

I speak your language.
Whichever room you're in.

01

Online Retail

"I know what the listing pile of doom feels like."

Your team is burning out because you're treating them like data-entry robots. SpicyLister takes a 25-minute inventory task and compresses it to 60 seconds. SpicyDrive handles the admin, the data flows, the repetitive copy-pasting — overnight. Staff arrive to 80% done. They spend their day on creative growth, not grunt work.

Made Smarter Grant — up to £20k  ITEPA s250 — 100% corp tax deduction
02

Corporate & High-Pressure Sectors

"I've had grown executives crying in one-to-ones — because someone finally gave them permission."

Your managers are running on toxic survival scripts. They're competing, chasing targets, and quietly drowning — because admitting it means looking weak. I know exactly what needs to be said to drop that weight. We pair the human conversation with SpicyDrive automating the compliance tracking and admin that keeps people working late. They get their evenings back. The company gets its best people back.

Access to Work — 9 months, zero cost to business
03

Schools & Education

"If you want to understand raw human engagement — try keeping 100 seven-year-olds captivated."

Your teachers didn't come into education to fill in spreadsheets every evening. They came to teach. We find the admin that's stealing their joy, automate it safely with private AI, and wrap the whole thing in a culture of peer support and genuine human connection. The kids feel it first when their teachers have their spark back.

Different eyes. Then
different tools.

01

Look around

We do a proper audit of what your team actually spends their time on — not what the org chart says, what actually happens. The repetitive, soul-destroying work nobody talks about.

02

Hand it to AI

We deploy SpicyDrive — your own private AI, offline, not connected to the internet, completely yours. It handles the robotic tasks. Your data never leaves your building.

03

Free the humans

With the robot work gone, we run the human sessions — the conversations, the reframes, the one-to-ones that give people permission to drop the armour and focus on what they're actually brilliant at.

04

The referral flywheel. Monthly is optional — but the reason most people stay is this: when you're in our network, your business gets warm referrals from every other business we work with. You send us your clients. We send you their friends. It compounds quietly, every month.

First conversation is always free. No pitch deck. Just a proper look around.

Your medical cannabis patients
are already in your building.

There are over 200,000 people in the UK with a legal medical cannabis prescription. Statistically, several of them work for you. Right now, they're either suppressing their medication all day — showing up in pain, anxious, underperforming — or they're nipping to a car park to use a disposable.

You're not being asked to introduce cannabis. You're being asked to accommodate a legal prescription medication in a controlled, dignified, medical-grade environment. The same conversation as a quiet room or a standing desk.

🌋

The Room

A designated wellness space fitted with Storz & Bickel medical-grade hardware — Volcano desktop and personalised Venti portables for each enrolled employee. Medical-grade equipment, not a bong.

👁️

The Living Proof

During our mental health training, something happens. Non-medicated staff start to notice their medicated colleagues — how they show up, how they perform, how they interact. They see it with their own eyes. Not a statistic. A colleague they like. Doing a good job. Feeling better.

🪪

The Memberships

Companies can offer staff memberships to a medical cannabis clinic as a workplace benefit. Employees get a proper prescription from a specialist. The company gets a measurable, auditable wellness programme — and a workforce that's stopped self-medicating in secret.

📊

The Study

We measure it. Sickness absence. Self-reported wellbeing. Sales figures. Customer satisfaction. Twelve weeks. If the numbers move — and they will — you have publishable evidence. And a waiting list of companies in your sector.

Through our network of cannabis industry partners — architects, ventilation specialists, equipment suppliers, and medical cannabis clinics — we can specify, procure, and fit out a compliant wellness room end to end. Smell-proof construction. Carbon filtration. Medical-grade hardware. Staff clinic memberships. You don't source any of it. We bring the supply chain with us.

"When you see your colleague — medicated, calm, productive, better to be around — the stigma doesn't survive the room. The living proof does more in five minutes than any policy document does in a year."

Chris P Taylor — Doc Strange

You're going to let me
look around.

Not to sell you something. To see what's actually there. The menial work nobody talks about. The quiet burnout in the room. The brilliant people who've stopped bringing their best because the system ground it out of them.

Together we'll show you out of a different window. And we'll let the government help pay for what we find.
